These Terms & Conditions apply to participation in Chrysalis Creative Retreat and use of this website.

Registration and Payment

Payment in full is required to reserve your space. Reservations are confirmed once payment has been successfully processed. Due to the limited number of private rooms available, spaces cannot be held without payment.

Because of the small size and boutique nature of this retreat, limited installment plans may be available on a case-by-case basis. If you’re interest in a payment plan, please contact us before booking.

Cancellations and Refunds

Retreat bookings are fully refundable within 72 hours of purchase.

After 72 hours, all payments are non-refundable due to the limited size of the retreat and advance planning costs, so please book mindfully.

If a retreat is cancelled, guests will receive a full refund.

If you are unable to attend, your reservation may be transferred or resold at face value to another participant. Your reservation may also be transferred to a future retreat date one time only, subject to availability. Transfers and resales are subject to prior approval. Please contact us to request a transfer or resale.

Travel and Personal Responsibility

Participants are responsible for arranging their own travel to and from the retreat site.

Chrysalis Creative Retreat is not responsible for travel delays, missed connections, or lost belongings.

Participation in retreat activities is voluntary. Guests are encouraged to engage at their own comfort level and to take responsibility for their personal well-being throughout the retreat.

Health, Conduct, and Safety

Participants are expected to conduct themselves respectfully toward others, the staff, the venue, and the surrounding community.

Chrysalis Creative Retreat reserves the right to refuse participation or remove any attendee whose behavior is disruptive, unsafe, or disrespectful, without refund.

Guests are responsible for informing Chrysalis Creative Retreat of any relevant health considerations prior to arrival, including dietary restrictions, food allergies, or accessibility needs for themselves or members of their booking party.

Reasonable efforts will be made to accommodate dietary needs when disclosed in advance, however accommodations cannot be guaranteed. Chrysalis Creative Retreat cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment.

Alcohol Policy

Chrysalis Creative Retreat is a BYOB event. Alcohol will not be provided by retreat organizers. Guests who choose to drink are expected to do so responsibly and respectfully. Disruptive, unsafe, or intoxicated behavior may result in removal from the retreat without refund.

Liability

By participating, you acknowledge that Chrysalis Creative Retreat is not liable for injury, illness, loss, or damage incurred during the retreat, except where required by law.

Changes to These Terms

These Terms & Conditions may be updated as needed. The effective date reflects the current version.
