Meet Your Muse

  • The first deep dive. You’ll take what came through in the invocation and start start building something from it.

  • Time to step away and reset or keep creating if you’re in the zone.

  • A proper feast to fuel us for the evening ahead.

  • A deeper dive into working with your muse and strengthening the connection.

Bring Your Muse to Life

Deepen the connection and build ways to keep it alive after you leave.

  • A guided sun-salutation flow to wake up the body and connect with your muse through movement.

  • A communal breakfast to wake up the day. Coffee, conversation, and quiet are all welcome here.

  • A guided session where your muse takes hold and starts shaping your work.
